a famous senior telugu actor.
Nandamuri Taraka
Rama Rao, popularly Known as Jr.NTR, was born on 20th
May, 1983, is an Indian film actor, playback
singer, and a famous Kuchipudi dancer. He kept more
efforts in telugu cinema in
south India. He is the grandson of Nandamuri
Taraka Rama Rao,former
Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and an excellent artist in telugu film industry and the son of actor and Ex- MP of Rajya Sabha, Nandamuri
Hari Krishna.
In 1997,
Jr.NTR starred in Ramayanam, for which he won the
National Award for Best Children’s Film in that year.
His first film to be act as hero was Ninu
Chudalani, which released in 2001. In the same year,
he came up with other movie named, Student No.1, which was the blolckbuster movie and which brought a little fame for him.
He then acted for much successful movies like Aadi(2002), Simhadri(2003), Samba(2004), Rakhi(2006),
Yamadonga(2007), Brindavanam(2010),
Adhurs(2010), and Baadshah
in 2013.
Previous
Life:
Jr.NTR has completed his schooling from Vidyaranya
High School, Hyderabad, and also completed his
intermediate from St.Mary’s college, Hyderabad. In
the early stages itself, Jr.NTR learned the Indian Classical dance, Kuchipudi.
Personal Life :
In the lateral life, Jr.NTR
married Lakshmi Pranathi,
daughter of Name Srinivas Rao,
the owner of the Telugu news channel studio N and a relative of Jr.NTR’s uncle, the former Chief Minister, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, on 05th May 2011 at Hitex Exhibition Center, Madhapur,
Hyderabad.
Professional
Life :
Jr.NTR has begun his career as
child artist. His first movie to be starred was Brahmarshi
Viswamithra, directed by N.T.R. But he acted for a mojor role was for the movie Bala
Ramayanam, directed by Guna
Shekhar. Tarak has appeared
as an actor in the tollywood with Ninnu
Chudalani in 2001, which has failed to perform well
in the box office. He once said in an interview that the remuneration for the
1st movie was about 4lakh rupees.
In the same year itself, he came
up with the movie, Student No.1, directed by S.S.Rajamouli , and also
with other movies like Subbu and Aadi,
which were also a blockbuster hits and brought a great fame for him. In the
year 2003, he acted for a movie, Naaga, a political
movie, through which there raised some political issues outside too but settled
there after. And in the same year, he came up with
the other movie, called Simhadri, which gave him the
wonderful fame and also it has become a wonderful hit.
In the year 2004, he acted for a movie called, Aandhrawala, which again failed to perform well in the
industry. Another movie, Samba has gave the hit and the other movies, Naa Alludu and Narasimhudu , which released in year 2005, were little down
famed movies. In 2006, he came up with the movie called Ashok, which again
brought him the fame.
His next film, Rakhi, directed by Pasupuleti
Krishna Vamsi has proved an average grosser in the
box office. His next movie. Yamadonga,
in which he has inspired by his grandfather’s blockbuster movie, Yamagola, released in August 2007 brought him back the
super hit stream and also became a sensational hit of the year. This movie has
become a block buster hit with approximately 35crores ,
played around 50days in about 420theatres. His next film, Kantri,
released in May,2008 proved his dancing skills but
remained as an average hit with approximate 30crores. In 2010, he came up with
the movies called, Adhurs and Brindavanam have become a blockbuster hits.
In the film Adhurs,
in which he played for double role, has brought success with approximate
41crores worl wide and Brindavanam
with approximate 48croers share in 100days. Again ,
the other movie, Shakthi, released on 1st April,
2011, failed to perform well in the box office with approximately 36crores. The
other film, Oosaravelli, directed by Surender Reddy, released on 6th of October, 2011 has given
good reviews in the box office with approximate gross of 20crores , which was
the widest film in telugu film industry.
The other film, Dammu, directed by Boyapati Sreenu, released on 27th April of 2012, has received many
great reviews with approximate gross of 43crores world wide.
Another movie, Ramayya Vasthayya
with Hari Shanker, was
released on 27th September of 2013 and this movie turned out as an average of
collecting gross of 60crores in 50days.
